Dreaming Synths Bundle is a collection of 314 synth presets for the Cherry Audio Dreamsynth DS-1 synth plugin. It consists of the following soundbanks.
I Saw A Dream soundbank contains 125 80’s influenced polysynths for Cherry Audio Dreamsynth DS-1 synthesizer. The sounds are full of nostalgia and bring memories of cinematic and videogames music of that rich and distinctive sonic era.
There are 5 cycles of 25 presets each cycle with a different osc wave. The first 25 presets are made of saw waves. The next 25 are the same ones but with pulses as wave and so go on with sines and triangles. The 101-125 presets use a combination of the analog shapes of the synth.
That was a very interesting approaching as while everything else remain the same (only the Amp envelope attack is a bit longer to sine and triangle waves-based patches – to avoid any possible click) we can listen to the different characteristics of the basic osc shapes. The saws and pulses have so much harmonic content, while the sines are sounding more organic and triangles a bit “flutish”.
String Synths contains 30 pads presets for Cherry Audio Dreamsynth. This is a pack full of 80’s video games music synth sounds that also fit to Synthwave based music productions.
Nostalgia is the first thing that comes in my mind when hearing those synths. All 30 sounds are pretty much focused on this specific goal.
Bass Arise contains 56 evolving bass synths with analog character for Cherry Audio Dreamsynth. From synth sweeps to dark atmospheric bass risers this soundbank is a nice fit to create some analog styled atmospheric background with tension and movement
Please note that due to the lot of bass frequencies in the presets it is recommended to be careful about overall intensity of the synth volume and digital clipping.
Dreams from Past contains 32 monophonic synth presets for Cherry Audio Dreamsynth DS-1 synth plugin. All sounds are vintage in terms of timbre and the derive straight from the late 70’s and early 80’s time period.
They fit for various genres like synthwave, prog rock, sci-fi themed soundtracks etc and even for contemporary ones like techno.
Galactic Keys preset pack is a collection of 31 Cherry Audio Dreamsynth DS-1 synth presets. Here you can find some soft and flute-like keys, some classic synth keys from the eighties, some more intense synths as well as some organic ones. The main characteristic is the retro feeling they carry.
The sounds could fit to genres like new age, progressive rock, vintage electronic styles and maybe for some synthwave (not all of the presets although) stuff. The common element is the Galactic type of reverb that being used for the presets here.
Dream Choirs contains 40 Dreamsynth presets. They all based on some of the vocal stuff comes with this Cherry Audio plugin. Please note that this soundbank is very specific and for some presets the sound quality and color have a lot of similarities. All presets are actually retro synth choirs that fit for vintage styles mainly like retro cinematic, vintage epic music, progressive rock, vintage electronic, synthwave and other.
